Optional Course: Aseptic Processing of Fluid & Particulate Foods

This optional full day course will take place Monday, June 19, the day before the conference begins, at the Westin Chicago Northwest. The registration fee of US$695.00 includes a PDF of the course presentation, lunch and two coffee breaks. To participate please check the Optional Course box below.

 
  • Conference Registration Fee Includes:

    All conference sessions, display table access, meals, reception, beverage breaks, and available presentations. Lodging is NOT included. Your confirmation letter will be sent only upon receipt of payment.

  • Group Discounts:

    We consider all of your company's locations globally to be one company for group discounts. To qualify for a group discount it is NOT necessary for attendees from the same company to register at the same time. Rebates will be given immediately after the conference to attendees who registered at the non-group rates.

  • Exhibit Table:

    Two paid registrations are required for a free exhibit table. Please indicate below whether you would like to reserve a table.

    Please Note: Exhibition access is for paid conference registrations only. An “exhibits only” registration fee is not available. All members of your company who are planning to work at your exhibit table, regardless of whether they attend the presentations or any other conference functions, must pay the full registration fee. Unpaid assistants are not allowed in the exhibition except to help set up or take down an exhibit table; if they want to stay after the conference begins they must pay the full registration fee.

  • Cancellations and Substitutions:

    Substitutions will be accepted at any time. Cancellations will be accepted and fees refunded (less a US$175.00 handling charge), only if Schotland Business Research is notified in writing ten days before the first day of the conference. Fees are not refundable after that date.
